£99 Web Design Service Agreement

Welcome to £99 Websites, a trading name of Simplysocialmediagroup LTD. By subscribing to our £99 per month web design service, you agree to the terms set out in this Service Agreement. By instructing our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms, which are publicly available on our website. No physical or digital signature is required—your instruction to proceed constitutes acceptance of this agreement.

2. Overview of Services
Our service provides professional, one-page, six-section websites that are designed, developed, hosted, and maintained for £99 per month.
We specialise in creating visually appealing, mobile-friendly websites that reflect your brand identity.
3. Project Process and Deliverables
You will receive your first draft within 10–14 business days.
Each project includes one revision and one final revision.
Hosting is included in your monthly fee.
You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
If you require additional revisions, functionality, or features beyond the agreed scope, we will provide a separate quotation before starting that work.
4. Content and Assets
Text copywriting is not included unless agreed separately.
You are responsible for supplying all content, images, and logos in editable or high-resolution formats (.AI, .SVG, .PNG, .JPG).
Stock photography and content sourcing can be arranged for an additional fee.
5. Browser and Device Testing
We test all websites on current versions of major browsers including Chrome, Safari, Edge/Internet Explorer, and Firefox.
Mobile testing is carried out on iOS (Safari) and Android (Chrome, Firefox).
Testing on older or unsupported browsers can be quoted separately upon request.
6. Hosting and Domain
Hosting is included within the £99 monthly subscription.
If you require us to transfer your domain, this incurs a one-off £50 fee.
You may also transfer your domain independently using the credentials we provide.
7. Payments and Billing
The total cost for this service is £99 per month.
The first payment acts as your deposit and activates this agreement.
Payments are due monthly in advance.
Late payments may incur a 1% monthly interest charge on overdue balances.
All payments made are non-refundable.
8. Revisions and Feedback
You must submit all feedback or revision requests within 48 hours of receiving drafts.
Delays in providing feedback may extend delivery timelines.
9. Cancellations and Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days’ written notice.
Your website will remain live until the end of your current billing cycle.
Once your plan is cancelled, your website will be deactivated.
All payments already made are non-refundable.
10. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, you agree to:
– Provide accurate and complete information about your business.
– Supply all requested content, images, and feedback promptly.
– Approve drafts and revisions in a timely manner.
11. Intellectual Property and Ownership Rights
All intellectual property (IP) provided by the client — including text, images, logos, and brand assets — remains the sole property of the client.
By instructing our services, you grant £99 Websites a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your supplied IP for the duration of this agreement, solely for the purpose of designing, developing, and hosting your website.
All website designs, code, layouts, and other creative materials produced by £99 Websites remain the property of Simplysocialmediagroup LTD until ownership is transferred.
Full ownership rights of your completed website and its creative assets are only transferred to you after a minimum of 24 consecutive monthly payments have been made.
Until this milestone is reached, £99 Websites retains full ownership and hosting rights. After 24 payments, full rights and files can be transferred to the client upon request.
12. Technical Details
Websites are designed and developed using Figma, WordPress, Elementor, and other no-code or third-party tools as appropriate.
13. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy and quality, we cannot guarantee our work will be completely error-free.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or savings.
14. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during this project.
15. Entire Agreement
This document represents the full and complete agreement between Simplysocialmediagroup LTD and the client, superseding all prior communications or agreements.
